Regional Sales Manager - Midwest (IL/IN/MO)
CS Group is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to represent our Midwest territory. CS Group is the only beverage manufacturer that does business like we do, and we do it well. Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Regional Sales Manager over our Midwest Region, covering the center of the US with major emphasis on metro areas Chicago, Minneapolis, St. Louis, and Kansas City.
- Look at the territory with entrepreneurial eyes and seek out new opportunities to increase sales.
- Travel across the region making customer pitches (mostly at Restaurants, Bars, Casinos), conduct training programs with Distributor sales teams, and lead all market initiatives across your region.
- Manage Distribution Partners in an influential manner, ensuring Citrus Springs is consistently top of mind amongst the other brands within their portfolio.
- Get to know distributors' business and drive positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Oversee & influence Pepsi's demand planning to ensure product availability.
- Make day & evening calls to existing and prospective bars, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos etc. to win new distribution & grow gallons. Current emphasis is Margarita at Mexican Restaurants.
- Work assigned territory both independently & with Pepsi/Food Service account representatives.
- Establish and maximize sales & brand presence in all selling opportunities.
- Investigate & collaborate internally & externally to resolve customer problems.
- Establish & maintain rapport with restaurant owners, managers, & bar staff
- Complete digital CRM entries after each sales call
Job Requirements:
- Must live in Midwest Region - residents of Illinois, Indiana and Missouri encouraged to apply!
- 3+ years of Foodservice Sales experience preferred
- Experience developing and managing business with Key Accounts
- A passion for the Beverage and Foodservice market
- Strong organizational, communication, motivational, and critical thinking skills
- Competitiveness and toughness in your DNA
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
