We seek someone with a proven track record leading large multi-functional teams driving sophisticated Display / Pixel IP technology convergence into next generation Apple SoCs. As a SoC Display / Pixel IP Architecture Engineering Program Manager within the Hardware Technology Team, you will support Roadmap, Architecture and planning efforts across Pixel IPs at Apple for our wearable SoC product line. The impact of this highly visible role spans across all Apple product lines. You will be influencing key technologies including Display, Camera Processing, Video Codecs, Neural Engines and more.
Key Qualifications
- Validated Silicon / Display industry experience required.
- Proven Technical / Engineering Program Management experience.
- Self-motivated and dedicated with creative and critical thinking capabilities.
- Extraordinary leadership with a team oriented mentality.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a dynamic multi-disciplined engineering environment, strong at multi-tasking.
- Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
- Dedication to own/drive project planning and development using well-defined metrics.
- Experience with Digital Video Signal Processing is a plus.
Description
- Working with Module technology teams to drive requirements in-line with SoC architecture and development timeline.
- Work with multi-functional teams including Platform Architecture, Display, Camera, Touch, Sensors, Systems and Software to drive SoC architecture convergence.
- Pull together return on investment, feasibility and impact analysis to drive data driven decision making for new feature addition to SoC.
- In-depth understanding of technology associated with Pixel IPs, strategic planning, mapping out of critical dependencies and mitigation plan development with engineering teams to de-risk SoC and product launch schedules.
- Development of pre-silicon / post-silicon validation strategy / plans for the Pixel IP at a subsystem level (SoC, Module, SW, System inclusive).
Education & Experience
BS + 20 years of relevant experience

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $188,000.00 and $351,200.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
