Job description
This position is for a skilled Program Manager with a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects. You will play a pivotal role in supporting and driving the success of various program initiatives. You excel at managing many different types of projects and workstreams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, proactively helps colleagues remove blockers, possesses a great attitude, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
-Lead technical and non-technical project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, stand ups, and review meetings, in close collaboration with product managers.
-Support program managers with various program initiatives, activities, events, and workstreams.
-Provide transparent and visible updates on project statuses and program accomplishments to stakeholders across the organization.
-Create, review, and maintain project documentation and program content.
-Effectively communicate cross-functionally to resolve questions, coordinate program details, and provide information to stakeholders.
-Update Salesforce records as needed and participate in user acceptance testing.
Required Qualifications
-3+ years of relevant work experience managing program support responsibilities and cross-functional projects.
-Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with developers, product managers, and business leaders.
-Strong multitasking abilities, responding well to feedback, and adaptability to changing business and technical conditions.
-Proficiency in working independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
-Familiarity with Salesforce certifications, ecosystem career paths, and Trailhead.
-Prior experience using Salesforce technology as an end user.
-Understanding of program and project management processes and procedures, methodologies, best practices.
