We are seeking a Structural Engineer who has experience designing and constructing buildings and structures that are safe and capable of withstanding the elements as well as improving the structural integrity of existing buildings.- Competitive pay & development opportunities

- Design structures by calculating load and stress the construction will have to safely withstand
- Factor in different qualities/strengths of building materials & how to incorporate support beams/columns/foundations
- Investigate and survey build sites to determine suitability of the proposed location
- Coordinate with engineers/architects and assists government bodies in their inspections of the project
- Prepare reports, designs and drawings as well as obtain planning and/or building regulations approval
- Monitor and inspect work undertaken by contractors
- BS in Civil Engineering or related
- 3+ years of Structural Design experience
- PE License in KY or the ability to obtain one
- Physics, Mechanics, and Mathematics/3D conceptual skills
- Ability to manage projects and budgets
- Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Knowledge of CAD, Revit, and RAM
