Job description
MW Partners is currently seeking an Analyst to work for our client who is a leader in the media and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Prepare availability reports
- Clear product for sale
- Research materials and asset requirements with Product Fulfilment
- Assist with creating Customer Notices and Avail Support
- Deal entry of license terms for new deals into company databases
- Deal entry for amendments to existing deals into company databases
- Assist with tracking product for inclusion in output and ROS deals, and library selects with customers as requested.
- Ad hoc projects and requests as required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of data entry/analysis work
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret license agreement terms for product sales
- Experience working in Television contract or sales administration capacity
- Time management, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Must be extremely detail oriented
