Job description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Legal Response Center Operations Technician 2, responsible for providing exceptional support to law enforcement agencies and subscribers within our Legal Response Center (LRC). Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with Comcast policies and processes. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively with moderate supervision.
Job Description:
CORE Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from law enforcement agencies regarding subscriber information, account details, system security, harassment, and fraud, in accordance with legal orders and LRC guidelines.
Provide clear and timely responses to subscriber inquiries regarding Comcast policies and procedures for accessing their account information.
Generate daily operations reports for review by the LRC and Engineering teams, including summaries of key metrics and any system or tool outages affecting daily operations.
Handle trouble calls, alerts, and emails professionally and ensure timely escalation according to established timelines.
Perform data preservations as directed by lawful orders from criminal or civil authorities.
Contribute to the development of applications and process automation within the Legal Response Center, providing input based on personal experience or peer suggestions.
Assist in the design and definition of requirements for automation solutions, including testing and providing feedback.
Utilize on-the-job experience to improve documentation supporting problem analysis and resolution, updating Methods and Procedures documentation as needed.
Participate in LRC project calls with various teams and business units within Comcast, representing the LRC's position and providing critical information as needed.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience in security, call center operations, or working with law enforcement agencies preferred.
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
