Honest Abe Home Services Is Seeking To Hire An HVAC Comfort Advisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and sales, as well as excellent customer service skills. The HVAC Comfort Advisor will be responsible for conducting home assessments, recommending appropriate HVAC systems, and providing cost estimates to customers. Additionally, the HVAC Comfort Advisor will be responsible for cultivating relationships with customers and following up on leads to generate new business.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct home assessments to determine customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC systems
- Provide cost estimates and quotes to customers
- Cultivate relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow up on leads and generate new business
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and products
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project completion
- Track sales and provide regular updates to management
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and products
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
