Job Position:
Retail Stock/Receiving associate duties include but are not limited to:
- Must be 18 or older.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Standing/walking up to 8 hours a day.
- Cashiering/customer returns.
- Cleaning.
- Recovery/sizing.
- Processing stock.
- Running stock to the sales floor.
- Proper merchandising.
- Scanning merchandise for pricing.
- Shrink reduction initiatives.
- Customer service.
- Available evenings and weekends.
- Meeting productivity goals for stock.
- Open to teaching/training/coaching to improve performance.
- Following specific details of all ROSS processes.
- Positive attitude and team playerÂ
