Senior Manager, Incubation & Onboarding

The Senior Manager, Incubation & Onboarding role within the US (United States) Marketplace business will play a key role in the process of onboarding large retailers & strategic brands/inventory onto the Walmart Marketplace.
In this role, you will lead a team of Incubation Account Managers charged with delivering individual projects that enable sellers to bring products and services to market in alignment with Walmart Marketplace best practices .
Y ou will manage a team that works in a one-on-one capacity with individual sellers new to the Walmart Marketplace - r esponsible for concurrently leading multiple individual seller accounts through the onboarding journey; setting accounts up for success at activation, assisting through the item setup process, & working to influence the adoption of optimal behaviors and best practices designed to promote accelerated growth and success.
Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and managing the relationships associated with our Inbound & Outbound Seller Onboarding pipeline(s) . Ensuring clear alignment with our partners in B usiness D evelopment and/or our functional relationships with the Account Management team (s).

Developing a High Performing Team – Our Incubation Account Managers serve as the bridge between Business Development (acquisition) & Long-term Account Management (retention) – it is imperative that you deliver the tools , resources , and coaching that will enable the team to deliver optimal outcomes for our sellers
Adopting Outcome Oriented Mindset – Relentlessly pursuing optimal outcomes for our customers and business partners with a strong focus on the “why” within your role
Building Strategic Relationships - Collaborating across cross-functional teams as we development our st rategy for onboarding large business for Marketplace segment
Advocating for the platform – Champion and evangelize our platform, and its evolving capabilities. Drive awareness and adoption of new seller services including Walmart Fulfilment Services (WFS), Walmart Connect and more
Delivering against Incubation KPI’s – Influencing adoption of marketplace best practices, launching accounts in high volume and on time, unlocking priority assortment, and positioning seller success for optimal GMV attribution

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.Outlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position.
