Job description
We are looking for talented and passionate line cooks to join our team at Koloman! This is an opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic restaurant.
Cooks are responsible are responsible for food production and plating in accordance with company specsifications and timing standards.
We are looking for cooks that have:
• Experience as a line cook (1+ year in fine dining or michelin preffered)
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a kitchen
• Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Food handling NYC certification not required but is a plus
