salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

work hours: 10 AM - 9 PM

Responsibilities
- Handles incoming calls from Agents and Customers regarding moderate to complex billing questions, reinstatement requests, system troubleshooting, password resets, and status inquiries.
- Respond to emails promptly.
- Assists in the documentation of activities using agency management techniques, procedures, and systems.
- Reviews data for completeness and gathers missing information.
- Responsible for providing timely, quality service to Agents and Policy Holders in a multi-state territory.
- Participates in industry organizations and events.
