Position Summary - HVAC Install Foreman :
Our client expects their Lead Technicians and Foreman to lead by example, run jobs with a tactful approach focused on balancing efficiency and quality, and provide an exceptional customer experience. Projects will be centered around installing a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - HVAC Install Foreman :
- 5+ years of experience running commercial HVAC installation projects independently or with a team
- Experience making repair and replace decisions
- Refrigeration installation and service experience strongly preferred
- Preferred experience with ice machines, packaged rooftop units and split systems, chillers, boilers, exhaust and makeup air units, cooking equipment, and VRF System
- Knowledge or expertise with air balancing principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Knowledge or expertise with basic sheet metal practices
- Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Advanced customer service skills
- High attention to detail
Licenses/Certifications - HVAC Install Foreman:
- Universal EPA Certification
- 3+ years commercial HVAC experience
- Master Mechanical license preferred but not required
- NATE certifications preferred but not required Compliance Requirements:
