FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE:

The Compensation Manager provides professional level support to the administration, development, and communication of the district-wide compensation programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS: Pay Grade PSM2 - $5,488.33 Minimum Monthly Salary - Full Time Position - 12 Months
