Location: San Diego, Ca
Salary: $110,000 - $165,000 Depending on experience
Title: Project Manager

If you are a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in commercial construction or TI, please read on! We are a thriving and expanding commercial construction firm formed by people who are passionate about producing outstanding results for both our staff and our clients, while still assuring to always have fun. We are seeking a person with construction expertise who is eager, creative, self-driven, passionate and wants to play a significant role on our team.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial construction renovations or ground up projects. You will need to be able to conduct all of the phases of a project, while working on more than one at a time. You should have the ability to work both independently and closely with your team, while being responsible for: Permitting with the City, creation of contracts with clients, submit RFI's, manage subcontractor billings and more!

What You Need for this Position

We also are looking for experience with:
- 5+ years of ground-up commercial construction or TI experience
- Procore
- Bluebeam
- Ideally a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
