Our clients are seeking RN's for service in schools in the Torrington, CT area.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS NURSING OPPORTUNITY * Provide 1:1 medical supervision for medically fragile children in the school
* Develope individualized healthcare plans (IHCPs) for students with special healthcare needs.
* Administer and supervise necessary medications
* Provide periodic nursing assessments for all medication clinic clients as required by regulations
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation, charts, and other records
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION * Valid RN License
* Valid in person CPR
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI and STate Fingerprint checks,
* Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, Vaccines as requested
