Covenant Control Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.50 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Enforce the Covenants, Rules and Regulations and design guidelines for the community. Works with Community Manager and Resident Liaison . Serve as liaison between Community's Board of Directors and Homeowners regarding covenant violations, landscape improvements , condition of grounds and overall maintenance and appearance of the community. Conduct inspections, generate violation letters, maintain detailed logs, update and monitor community website, facilitate variance request hearings, interface and resolve community issues reported by Board Members and residents.

Covenant Control Specialist Qualifications:

• HS Diploma
• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR
• Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
• Ability to walk outdoor 60-90 minutes at a time in all weather conditions
• Ability to drive 4-6 hours a day
• Ability to pass drug screen with THC
• Ability to pass background check
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft software

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
