Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Sr. HR Generalist, in Mansfield, MA.
IN-OFFICE POSITION- Must be located in the area.
W-2 position
Type: Fulltime (40 hours/week) contract
Length: 6+ months, possible extension or temp to hire
Shift/Hours: 8A – 5P
Pay rate: $40.00
Job Description:
Manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources office. The HR Generalist manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.
Requirements for the HR Generalist position:
Bachelor's degree.
7+ years of experience of HR and Generalist experience.
Manufacturing industry experience required
