Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness, and cohesiveness, with our target audiences.
- Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Work closely with the executive team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Lead the design and publishing of all project proposals from intake to delivery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, brand positioning, and target audience insights.
- Manage the department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, ensuring they are in line with brand voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute brand and marketing programs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Champion Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity, Inclusion & Equity (DE&I) initiatives internally and externally.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the marketing department.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business Administration, or equivalent working experience
- 8 + years experience in marketing, with 4 + years in a brand management or director-level role.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a team.
- Self-starter, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and branding strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of market research, brand strategy, and digital marketing trends.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Unwavering commitment to service and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs
$120,000 - $150,000 a year
