Description:
Maintain health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy
Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
Manage inventory accuracy by monitoring daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock rotation, non-stock items,
returns for credit and the unloading of shipments.
Establish, maintain and promote high standards of service
Liaison between office and warehouse personnel
Assist to solve problems and make informed decisions affecting service and productivity of receiving area.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate safety records and warehouse activities.
Be able to organize the warehouse and manage bin locations
Implementing operational policies and procedures.
Training new warehouse personnel staff to handle, sort and maintain stock and related problems
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with all personnel.
Provide staff with support as needed by motivation or guidance
Ensure procedures for inbound shipments are being followed.
Ensure that equipment is maintained to company operating standards
Review records for information accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Maintain a clean, orderly, safe work area, and perform other work as directed.
