LOCATION: Midland, TX
CONTEXT: Our client, an oilfield midstream water services company, is seeking an Account Manager to manage the accounts of key clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring overall satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
- Interact with clients regularly to understand needs, objectives, and challenges to help tailor solutions to meet specific needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the company, facilitating effective communication and coordination between the two parties.
- Provide exceptional customer service by consistently delivering top-notch customer communication and ensuring prompt and effective resolution of client issues or concerns.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products or services that align with clients' needs.
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and take steps to foster long-term partnerships by taking clients to lunch, conducting regular check-ins, gathering feedback, and addressing any areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure client needs are met and overall client satisfaction is achieved.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including communication, agreements, and feedback to aid in monitoring progress and providing insights to improve client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Solid understanding of water transfer and related field operations to provide insightful advice, anticipate client needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients, understand their needs, and effectively address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset by being proactive, attentive, and responsive to clients' needs, as well as continuously seeking ways to enhance the client experience.
- Ability to foster long-term partnerships.
- Strong time management skills to ensure that all clients receive the attention they deserve, and that deadlines are met.
- Problem solving skills with the ability to think critically, analyze situations, and propose appropriate solutions that meet both the clients' and the company's objectives.
