About GenScript ProBio
GenScript ProBio is the subsidiary of GenScript Biotech Corporation, proactively providing end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. GenScript ProBio's total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, GenScript ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. Job Scope: The Senior Marketing Manager serves as the primary marketing resource for supporting catalog product overall strategy and revenue goals in the US.
Please note this role will be based onsite in Piscataway, NJ.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead event management activities, including event selection, evaluation (pre and post), planning, and coordination for national conferences, trade shows, and online events/forums. This includes managing collateral, customer gifts, and lead management (CRM, follow-up, etc.), ensuring efficient event execution and maximizing ROI.
- Manage and maintain promotional assets such as product flyers, brochures, customer gifts, conference booth, and other promotions materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with product features and department strategy.
- Execute promotional activities and conduct thorough evaluations, including sampling programs, product demonstrations, and customer visit support, to drive engagement and generate leads.
- Distributor support to effectively promote and sell the catalog product portfolio including developing targeted marketing materials, website optimization and strategies tailored to the distributor specific markets and target audiences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and represent the company with professionalism at conferences and tradeshows
- Collaborate with internal departments and regional teams to identify potetial areas of growth or improvement to achieve continued growth and ROI marketing activity optimization.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant life science disciplines, such as biology, protein chemistry, biochemistry, cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, etc.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role within the biotechnology industry; 5 years of marketing experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-centered mindset with a proactive and action-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Quick learner with effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Solid business acumen is a plus.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
