Position Summary:

The Commercial Account Manager is a dynamic and pivotal role responsible for driving commercial sales through effective client relationships and strategic account management. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients in our target market and initiate contact to establish business relationships.

Face-to-Face Client Meetings:

Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

Cold Calling and Prospecting:

Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Commercial Sales:

Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and ensure strong presence in our target markets.

CRM Data Entry and Management:

Diligently maintain CRM data for accuracy and completeness.

Utilize CRM to track client interactions, manage sales pipeline, and analyze data to inform sales strategies.

Client Satisfaction and Retention:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Address client concerns promptly and effectively to foster trust and loyalty.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for client acquisition and retention.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with internal teams, including estimation and operations, to ensure cohesive project execution.

Provide regular reports on account status, sales progress, and potential challenges.

Regional Events and Networking:

Represent Bylt at regional events, trade shows, and industry conferences.

Manage exhibition booths, effectively engaging with attendees to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Utilize these events as a platform for networking and prospecting, identifying potential clients and partners.

Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare event-specific materials and strategies that align with Bylt's brand and sales objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in commercial sales or account management. Preferably in the Restoration industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively within a team.
