Responsibilities Include:
• Customize Dynamics 365 applications to align with business processes and requirements.
• Perform routine system maintenance tasks.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP solutions to meet the organization’s needs.
• Provide technical support to Microsoft 365 users.
• Implement and create integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 to align with other business systems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is required.
• Previous experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Specialist, with expertise in both Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are preferred.
• Ability to multitask and troubleshoot.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Must be proficient in customization, configuration, and development within the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
