As a Sales Manager at 3G Home Exteriors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. You will lead and inspire a team of dedicated sales professionals, overseeing the development and execution of strategic sales plans. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and mentoring the sales team to ensure they exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the continued success of 3G by staying informed about industry trends, refining sales strategies, and building strong client relationships.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to make informed strategic decisions
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products, services, and the overall customer experience
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support business planning and resource allocation
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and materials
- Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Refine and optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members as needed to support company growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Experience in a senior sales leadership role within a similar industry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and lead by example
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think strategically, develop sales plans, and execute them effectively to drive revenue growth
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships
- Proficiency in data analysis, using sales metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement
- Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends, and the ability to pivot strategies accordingly
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills to secure favorable agreements
- Effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges and seize opportunities in a competitive market
- Familiarity with the siding, roofing, and home improvement industry, including products, materials, and best practices

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
