Job description

We are looking for a Hybrid Sales Manager to join a thriving technology company on the northside of Indianapolis, Indiana. The  Hybrid Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious growth targets by spearheading the acquisition and closure of sales for small to medium-sized businesses. This position demands a dynamic blend of proactive business prospecting and effective sales execution.

Responsibilities:

• This position is a hunter of new business.
• Proactively cultivating relationships with potential clients within the small to medium-sized business sector, utilizing networking strategies and targeting a predefined list of potential strategic customers. Surpassing sales growth initiatives and goals.
• Articulating the advantages of forming a partnership with the organization.
• Attentively understanding customer requirements, collaborating with design engineers to devise tailored solutions.
• Guiding customers through the sales process, adeptly addressing any obstacles they may encounter.
• Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of customer pain points and the organization's array of products and services. This ensures a consistent alignment with client needs and the delivery of perceived value.
• There are no direct reports. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or related field.
  
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with hunting and closing sales with a history of exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience with B2B sales experience with large and small companies preferred.
• Experience in the technology industry preferred.
• Experience with MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, etc. preferred.
• Able to articulate complex tech in a clear and compelling manner.
• Strong relationship building and networking skills are required.
• Previous sales experience directly to senior leadership and executives.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with strong organization and time management is necessary.
