Location: While this is a remote position, we require candidates to be within a commutable distance to Erie, PA, for initial training purposes.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive hourly rate of $12-$14, with opportunities for additional earnings through performance incentives and various contests.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our customers receive the outstanding service they deserve. Training and Development:

Please note that comprehensive training will be provided at our main office to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Following the training, you will be eligible to work from home.
