Location: Volvo Store
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they come into the service department and provide them with accurate information regarding repairs to their vehicles
- Administer customer's warranty and maintenance contracts
- Address customers concerns and needs to provide them with an extraordinary experience
- Maintain professional standards - appearances and actions
- Clear consistent communication with customers including phone calls and/or text messaging regarding status and repairs to their vehicles
- Maintain customer satisfaction to appropriate standards as defined by management
- Reinforces company policies and adhere to company standards
- Write repair orders for customers and follow repairs from start of service visit until customer receives their vehicle at the end of their visit
- Ensure that all recalls as required are performed on customer's vehicles
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Previous automotive experience - specifically in service
- Computer skills - familiar with all office products and Cox Automotive products
- Time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Consistent record of service and sales success
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to multi task in a busy high energy environment
