Job description
This role is within CG's Marketing Function serving as the strategic lead across all Residential brands – LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and myQ – leading brand and product positioning, creating annual plans that ladder to revenue targets, overseeing campaign development and optimization efforts, and steering new product go-to-market plans. A successful candidate is an experienced B2C marketer with a proven track record of creating successful brand strategies and partnering with channel and product leads to acquire and retain customers by leveraging insights and data to fuel strategy and execution plans. In addition, the candidate has advanced experience leading complex brand positioning / communication efforts, go-to-market launch plans for new products, as well as cross-functional teams in campaign development and optimization across multiple channels (paid, CRM, retail, organic).
Lead annual marketing planning, execution and measurement to support acquisition and retention strategy including prioritization of dollars and resources; ensure strategy is aligned to business goals
Partner with Demand Generation team to develop and execute data-driven marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Identify prospects with the highest lifetime value potential and develop segmented, targeted approaches to reach and convert those prospects to customers
Partner with Consumer Insights to conduct necessary marketing research to drive plans, positioning and creative feedback loops. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new acquisition opportunities, market trends, and target segments
Maintain collaborative working relationship with CG’s product management team supporting initiatives and new product launches with a comprehensive brief, rich plans, and flawless execution
Establish monthly marketing measurement dashboard to communicate results of marketing initiatives, test plans and overall marketing impact against business goals. Partner closely with analytics teams to quantify and predict marketing contributions to business goals and overall marketing return on investment. Map quarterly test and learn plans to continuously improve marketing performance with high priority segments, analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing programs and improve overall performance
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve demand generation strategies
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the CGI mission, vision and values.
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
12+ years of experience in brand or product marketing in a B2C environment; ideally with previous experience in a subscription-based (or recurring transactional) and DTC / e-commerce business.
Full funnel – deep experience leveraging the full funnel to execute campaigns with deep knowledge of digital channels
Analytics – previous experience utilizing analytic models (e.g. MMM) and campaign performance data (ROAS) to fuel and optimize plans
Innovation – Proven experience launching new products, into new channels and markets
Technology – Exposure to Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Pardot, ABM platforms, Google Analytics, CDP experience
Agency - Experience managing vendor and agencies and/or internal creative teams
Demonstrated bias to action, taking initiative to solve business problems proactively and create new best practices where the business demands
Demonstrated ability for fast paced, data-driven decision making with knowledge of basic statistical testing and analysis
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time mainly in North America
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s or MBA preferred
Previous experience in subscription-based business
