Description:
The MLT, Med Tech and MLS will perform, evaluate and record results on specimens submitted for routine and some non-routine procedures. Recognize and solve problems under pre-set guidelines and supervision. Communicate technical concepts, perform venipunctures and other duties as assigned. - Collect arterial and venous blood specimens - perform tests on blood bank, chemistry, urinalysis, hematology, hemostasis, immunology and microbiology procedure lists. - Analysis of quality control materials - Work within Lab information system, laboratory pathnet computer system, etc.

Position requires: MLT, MLS or Med Tech Certificaiton. ASCP Certifications: Requires Certification and 2 or 4 year Degree - Clinical Laboratory Science - Medical Laboratory Technologist - Medical Laboratory Technician - 0 + years of experience with Full Certification. $24.50 - $39.50 Range. Froedtert South's pay scale increase's 3% for each year of applicable industry experience. 0 >1 year of experience starts at $24.50. Note: They offer a differential for off shifts. They will receive the pay increase according to the majority of the hours they are scheduled for. Example if they will work 30 hours a week on 3rd shift and 10 on 2nd shift they will receive the $3.50 shift differntial for all hours worked. 2nd Shift Differential $2.75 3rd Shift Differential $3.50
