WW Sales Finance is looking for a manager to lead the WW Sales Finance Pricing Team to assess and optimise investment decisions around channel margins, consumer offers and second hand market pricing. The ideal candidate for this role combines strong business acumen, outstanding business partnering skills and technical knowledge. Together with their team, they will develop and deliver tools and analysis that will enable informed and targeted decision-making and help drive pricing strategy and channel partner margin investments. They will have the opportunity to work on high-impact sales strategies and be an integral part of re-defining global Channel Terms.

Understand Apple P&L Impacts of investment decisions around channel margins, consumer offers and second hand market pricing. Perform return on investment calculations and assessments of initiatives related to channel investments. Business partner with WW and geo cross-functional teams to understand local business requirements. Lead the redevelopment of the internal tools and processes to track channel terms, and ensure accurate assumptions are shared with all relevant stakeholders. Lead the team to perform complex pricing and financial analysis and develop and execute strategies across all lines of business for our growing refurb business. Build strong working relationships with with Geo finance teams, WW Sales, WW GSSM and WWPM Teams. Build and manage a team of accomplished analysts and develop talent in the team for future progression and succession planning for key Finance roles.

Education & Experience

BS or BA in Economics, Business or equivalent
