+ Base Pay: $16.00 /19.00 hour depending on experience and travel.

+ Talent Scout Bonus $500 for referrals that work 100 hours

+ Rehoboth

+ Lewes

+ Bethany Beach

+ Ocean View

+ Milford

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

+ Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period .

+ Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:

+ Minimum one year work experience

+ Current HHA – Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

+ Activities of daily living

+ Light housekeeping

+ Bathing

+ Grooming

+ Toileting

+ Range of motion / exercises

+ Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

+ Assisting with ambulation

+ Medication reminders
