Job Title: Project Manager Location: Novi, MI Salary: $60K-$85K + Commission Benefits: Health Insurance + PTO + 401k Requirements: Disaster Restoration, Construction, Water Mitigation For over 40 years, we have been Southeast Michigan's experts in providing residential and commercial Disaster Restoration services. Due to increased growth, we are currently in search of a Project Manager with both mitigation and rebuild experience. The role of the Project Manager will be to manage the frontend portion of projects and providing oversight of Superintendents. It is the Superintendents in the field who are responsible for executing the day-to-day delivery of work relative to the project scope, not the Project Manager. Responsibilities: Conduct site visits at assigned properties after a loss Meet property owners to introduce themselves and the company, explaining the process and fielding customer questions Scope and sketch the loss Work with internal estimator using Xactimate to estimate the loss Contact insurance adjusters and gain consensus on the scope Bring the scope and estimate to closure with the customer and get agreement to do the work Stay in tune with the Superintendents and oversee projects' progress until closed Requirements: Experience with water damage mitigation Construction project management experience Experience dealing directly with customers (homeowners/business owners) Experience dealing with insurance adjusters Familiarity with Xactimate (proficiency not required but at least general knowledge) We are interviewing now!
