Job Description

AIR Communities is hiring a Leasing Intern  at The Wexford Village Apartment Homes in Worcester, MA. This position will be April-ish through August/ September. A great way to learn more about the property management business, earn some cash, and work a more favorable schedule than retail or restaurants!

A bit more about what you’ll do…

• Provide support to leasing staff
• Managing resident paperwork for new leases and renewals 
• Handling the entire Move-In process.
• Assisting with making appointments and follow-up calls for leasing staff.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of office experience, preferably in a sales or customer service 
• Leasing/ Property Management experience is preferred.
• Strong administration skills and superb attention to detail
• High school education or equivalent
• Familiarity with the Move- In/ Renewal Process
• Ability to thrive in a Fast Paced environment

Additional Information

• Expected pay rate of $15.00 - $18.00 plus commission opportunities! You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

Candidates extended an offer will be required to undergo a four panel drug screening that  excludes marijuana testing.
