As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that effectively promote our organization's mission, vision, and values. This role will require you to work closely with various teams within the company to ensure that our messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligns with our overall objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans for both internal and external audiences

- Write, edit, and proofread a variety of communication materials including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website content

- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all external communications align with our organization's messaging and tone

- Maintain and update company website and social media accounts to keep our audience engaged and informed

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to support the promotion of products, services, and events through effective communication strategies

- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement

- Serve as a liaison with media outlets and respond to media inquiries as necessary

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful communication strategies and materials

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail

- Proficiency with various communication tools and platforms, including social media management

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is a plus
