We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent with large, ground-up healthcare construction project experience to join our team ($3-$30 million). If that sounds like you, please read on!

What You Will Be Doing

As the Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the projects, from the initial planning stages to the completion of the project. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest standards of quality. You will be working closely with other team members to ensure that all materials and labor are accounted for, and that all safety regulations are adhered to.

What You Need for this Position

To be successful in this position, you must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial construction, healthcare construction, tenant improvement, renovation, ground-up, and lean construction industries. We build and renovate hospitals and healthcare facilities. You must also be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Additional skills needed include project management, budgeting, and communication.
