Position Summary :

As our Sr. Global Marketing Associate, you will have the opportunity to join a growing Global Marketing team and make a significant impact on the business through marketing operations, tactical execution of marketing activities, and support of global product launches. The Sr. Global Marketing Associate is an eager learner, a resourceful problem-solver, and expert communicator who connects dots across the organization to both equip and advocate for the needs of a global team. They are a critical and valued role within the Downstream Marketing arm of Acute Care business and are key to bringing the execution of Marketing Excellence to the forefront of our shared work.

What you will do
•    Understand key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknesses 
•    Understand customer groups, including why customers buy the product or service 
•    Advocate on the customer's behalf and influence product or portfolio changes based on customer feedback 
•    Support the construction of the marketing plan with specific analysis and collaborate in the development of key strategic initiatives 
•    Responsible for product or portfolio's targeting and positioning 
•    Incorporate new products into ongoing sales/medical education curriculum 
•    Assess business/sales trends and communicate to key stakeholders responsible for production 
•    Responsible for Marketing Operations activity
•    Responsible for setting price and maintaining product or portfolio margin 
•    Partner with Marketing Communications to develop a communications approach for the product or portfolio 

What you need 
·         Bachelor’s degree required 
·         2+ years of work experience required 
·         2+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred
