Experienced Billing Assistant Needed ASAP

Local Midland company seeking an experienced Billing Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior billing experience with a strong attention to detail.

Billing Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Contract and invoice set up
• Maintain customer database
• Assist with property tax
• Assist with billing meetings
• Answering phones
• Data entry
• Other office duties as assigned

Billing Assistant Qualifications:

• Accounting and prior billing required
• Microsoft Suites 
• Professional phone and customer service skills
• Detail oriented

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
