MINIMUM Education and Experience Guidelines
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in social work, law, or a closely related field and five (5) years of court/legal related experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Florida Supreme Court Certification in family.
Additional relevant experience may substitute for college education on a year-for-year basis.
