What We Offer:
An Assistant Manager generally supports the Restaurant Manager in their efforts to develop a team of dedicated people delivering great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitable top-line sales. They assist in the development of crew and shift leaders and fulfill accountabilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager. Responsibilities Include:
Position Requirements:
Must be able to work a minimum of five days per week; 40 hours per week including weekends and nights. FLEXIBLE.
Shifts: 2 morning shifts and 3-night shifts (2pm -10pm)
Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
Basic computer skills
Capable of counting money and making change
Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
Must have a successful completion of a criminal background check
Fluent in English
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong work ethic, energy, and motivation
