Williamson County Schools School Age Child Care program (SACC) is currently hiring a full-time Assistant Site Leader at Crockett, Kenrose, and Jordan Elementary Schools. Assistant Site Leaders support managing the day-to-day operations at assigned before and after school programs, provide child care support, and assist with scheduling, activity planning, and a leadership development program. Required hours are 6:15-9:00 a.m. and 3:00-6:00 p.m. with additional required administrative hours during the day. During school breaks, candidates should be available for up to 8-hour shifts between 6:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The well-qualified candidate should have child care, management, and administrative experience.

Pay is between $15.73 ($32,718) and $20.84 ($43,347) an hour and is based on experience. Full benefits package and paid time off. This is a 12-month position and includes working school breaks and summers.

Duties

Oversee before and after school programming for students in K through fifth grade, some schools serve pre-k
Supervise staff
Create staff schedules
Parent communication
DOE state compliance
Plan child activities and oversee schedules
AR for fees due from parents
Build relationships with school admin and staff
Participate in the Leadership Academy

Requirements

High School diploma, degree preferred
Successfully pass background check
First Aid/ CPR certified
Experience with children
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
