Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Downtown Seattle (100% On-site)
Type : Contract (Potential for Conversion)
Hourly Rate : $25-$30 per hour (Based on Experience)

Description:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Downtown Seattle.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out accurate and timely customer invoices
• Follow up on overdue payments and maintain effective communication with clients
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
• Process incoming payments and apply them to the appropriate accounts
• Prepare and analyze reports related to accounts receivable status
• Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to address client inquiries effectively

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Specialist role
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• QuickBooks preferred
