Beaute Anthologie The Studio in Southfield, MI is looking for 2 cosmetologist to join team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working. Hourly & Commission (No Booth Rent)

Responsibilities
- Attending approved courses or workshops and training with the salon team lead.
- Achieve customer goals by following the Beaute Anthologie styling standards to complete styles
- Ability to advise and recommend services based on customer needs
- Work with other technicians to maintain a positive work environment
- Must have a license (or have completed a cosmetology program). Open to working in a team based salon that specializes in natural hair.
- Must be available some weekdays Tuesday-Thursday 10am-6pm and Friday 10am-6pm and/or Saturday 10am-6pm.
Qualifications
- Experience or interest working with natural hair.
- Ability to listen and communicate efficiently
- Strong sense of aesthetics
- Exceptional customer service skills
