Job description
Disney Music Group (DMG) is the music hub for The Walt Disney Company, encompassing all aspects of music commercialization and marketing: recorded music (Walt Disney Records and Hollywood Records), Disney Music Publishing, and Disney Concerts. DMG distributes music both physically and digitally and also licenses music throughout the world in various forms of media, including television, print, gaming, and consumer products.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organizational, and creative skills. Prior marketing and administrative experience in the music or entertainment fields is preferred but not required. Candidate must have an innate passion for music and entertainment industries and a strong interest in International Marketing. The International Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the department VP and interacts daily with Marketing Teams.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
Administrative support to the International Marketing team.
Process and track invoices and POs.
Provide comprehensive assistance managing the VP’s meeting schedules, internal and external.
Handle VP’s expense report processing and travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence and create meeting presentations.
Manage department (Zoom) call schedules and meeting agendas.
Gather marketing materials and assets, assisting campaign development.
Compile campaign reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Assist with organizing promotional events.
Attend and participate in meetings, conference calls, and brainstorming sessions.
Maintain department contact distribution lists and databases.

Prefer 4-year college degree in marketing, business, or equivalent work history
