We're on the lookout for a talented Marketing Manager with a knack for achieving results to bolster demand generation efforts. If you excel at strategic thinking, meticulous planning, and embodying the essence of our brand, we want you onboard. This role is all about fostering growth through a variety of lead generation channels, refining campaigns, supporting business expansion, scrutinizing marketing performance, and harnessing CRM and marketing automation tools to meet our ambitious targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive B2B multi-channel demand generation strategies spanning the entire marketing and sales funnel (TOF/MOF/BOF), encompassing awareness, lead generation, and nurture campaigns.
Conduct marketing attribution analysis to establish connections between marketing endeavors and the company's ROI and CLV.
Oversee all facets of integrated marketing campaigns, including strategy formulation, budget management, creative development, performance tracking, and continuous enhancement.
Efficiently manage the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and proactively identifying and addressing potential risks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Spearhead the creation and execution of digital/automated lead nurturing campaigns, incorporating lead scoring, list segmentation, testing, and analytics.
Develop and execute an omni-channel content strategy to bolster demand generation, enhance brand visibility, and establish thought leadership.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or Marketing Communications.
Preferably, 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking.
Proficiency in navigating the digital and offline marketing landscape and understanding their interconnectedness.
Proven track record in marketing campaign planning and implementation best practices.
Experience in successfully developing and launching marketing campaigns within allocated timeframes and budgets.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot.
Willingness to travel up to 20% for events.
B2B experience is a must.

This is a hybrid role requiring two days in the office. Remote candidates outside of Tampa will be considered based on experience.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 48,000.00 115,000.00 Per Year
