**Location:** West Coast (Preference for LA); Remote with regional field travel required

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team and help us expand our retail presence. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and onboarding new retail partners, managing existing wholesale accounts, conducting in-person product knowledge trainings, coordinating new product launches, and organizing engaging activations to drive sales. The ideal candidate will thrive on building relationships, possess a proactive "hunter" mentality, and excel at representing our brand as a knowledgeable ambassador.
**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and onboard new retail partners to grow our wholesale business.
- Manage existing wholesale accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct in-person product knowledge trainings for retail partners.
- Coordinate and execute new product launches.
- Spearhead in-person activations to engage customers and boost sales.
**Requirements:**
- Located on the West Coast, preferably based in LA, with willingness to travel regionally.
- 3-5 years of experience in wholesale account management, preferably in the natural skincare or wellness industry. Existing retail relationships are a plus.
- Familiarity with NuOrder and NetSuite. Experience with Hubspot is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze account health, identify sales opportunities, and track sales trends.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
