Who

Truleo is looking to hire a Product Marketing Designer who can apply new and emerging design strategies, research techniques, and user trends to help our company maintain industry competitiveness. You will use your expertise to execute on intuitive and engaging design solutions that satisfy diverse user experiences as well as result in accessible, responsive, and user-friendly design. Your design skills will be used to created web pages, print collateral, social media images, and more. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, problem solving, and efficiency.

What You'll Do 

• Proactively dissect user needs and design interactive elements and cohesive and engaging visual designs that respond to those needs and align with our brand identity.
• Employ user-centered design thinking to facilitate the design process and create meaningful experiences for customers and other stakeholders. 
• Serve as a subject matter expert on design concepts through an innate capacity for creating engaging, highly usable designs and layouts.
• Maintain design libraries with flexible, usable, and accessible web elements.
• Continually ideate solutions to design problems and conduct prototyping as part of a proactive test-and-learn strategy/approach.
• Demonstrate competitive attention to detail and persistent follow-through while executing and producing high-quality design deliverables, on budget and on time,
• Employ design concepts and methodologies that enable the alignment of interaction patterns, interfaces, and user paths.

Who You Are

• You have a bachelor's degree in design or a design-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of recent education and experience.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a designer.
• You have foundational knowledge of design principles and methodologies.
• You have experience with coding accessible web pages using HTML and CSS, with a solid understanding of front-end technology. .
• You have demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• You have strong analytical and deductive skills.
• You have experience working autonomously and with limited guidance.
