We have a strong presence in large and small medical practices but are expanding to serve the hospital segment as well.
About this position:
A Customer Success Manager will be assigned 30-100 customers (depending on the organizations and market segment you’re assigned to) and is responsible for training customers post-implementation, driving adoption and usage of the purchased products, identifying and fixing account configurations when applicable, managing assigned accounts and the relationships therein, and are ultimately measured and compensated based on renewal of your assigned customer accounts.
Job description:
- Be the product (and industry) expert for hospitals and physician groups
- Conduct and deliver effective training and other engagement meetings to drive the successful adoption of their purchased products
- Log potential product improvements based on customer feedback in our central systems, following up and closing the loop on outstanding tickets
- Identify errors or trends to ensure that the product is functioning for customers
- Utilize multiple software products to organize workflow and track engagement - you must be very comfortable using software programs to be successful at Rivet as a CSM
- Identify upsell opportunities within your assigned accounts
- Ultimately, your job is to drive the successful renewal and expansion of your accounts, and this is how you will be measured (and what bonus compensation will be based on). You should love to engage directly on the front lines with customers and enjoy building strong relationships with the specific goal of their Rivet software adoption and renewal in mind at all times
What skills you’ll need to succeed:
- Familiarity with and an appetite to learn healthcare subject matter, including but not limited to: front-end and back-end revenue cycle workflow, claim adjudication, payer contracts, denials management, payer and patient payments, patient engagement, insurance claim processes, and/or insurance verification
- Ability to take conversational notes and apply those as follow-up tasks in a very systematic way in our CRM
- Comfort and ability to research complicated healthcare questions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-starter mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Effective presentation skills to demo new functionality and training
