Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Ligonier, IN
Salary: 100,000- $110,000 + Bonus + $2,000 Sign On Bonus

1) 24/7 Plant 
2) We are also looking to bring on a Maintenance Supervisor

We are a large manufacturing company with locations across the country. We've been around for over 30 years and we're a tier 1 supplier within the automotive sector

What You Will Be Doing

- Spearhead all activities within our Maintenance department in the Plant
- Supervise, strategize, delegate, and provide technical expertise to various plant mechanical trades
- Lead department in the maintaining of equipment, machines, and systems
- Identify, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve maintenance issues to improve reliability and uptime
- Manage and oversee the maintenance budget
- Manage the maintenance and operations of the mobile equipment fleet and storeroom inventory
- Lead the implementation of capital projects 

** You will have 15-20 direct/ indirect reports**

What You Need for this Position

- Minimum of 7 years of maintenance experience in a Manufacturing environment
- An understanding of Lean, 5S, and other process/ continuous improvement tools
