Forest Hill Nursing And Rehabilitation is now looking for a per diemexperienced Occupational Therapist ( OT ) who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents.The Occupational Therapist ( OT ) provides services to patients including assessment, treatment, and program planning and implementation, as well as related documentation and communication with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and foster optimal outcomes. OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ( OT ) QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess current Occupational Therapy ( OT ) license in good standing with the State Board
• 1 Year of Clinical Hours REQUIRED***
• Interpersonal skills necessary to Communicate Accurately and Precisely to Patients and Family Members
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Preferred
