As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our customers receive top-notch support through both inbound and outbound communications, including telephone and internet chat services. This role offers the unique opportunity to work remotely after a comprehensive one-week training period, allowing you to blend flexibility with responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls and internet chat sessions, providing stellar customer support.
Take ownership of customer issues, including CARE, Billing, MACD, and Credit inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations.
Collaborate with various departments to address service, support, or billing concerns.
Negotiate contracts and terms, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic, contributing to our team's success.
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/database systems.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Strong conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
A high school diploma is required; a college degree is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications and 2 years in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
A combination of relevant education and experience will also be considered.
